This Privacy Policy explains how Anastasia Romaha (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Quiz, please! Universe and related services (the “App” or the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Anastasia Romaha (Republic of Moldova). For any privacy questions or requests, email support@anaromakha.com.
2. Scope
This Policy covers the Quiz, please! Universe mobile game and any in‑App features, in‑App purchases, analytics, crash reporting, and support channels we provide. It does not cover third‑party websites or services you may access via links.
3. Information we collect
We only collect information necessary to operate and improve the App.
3.1 Information you provide to us
- Support messages you send us (e.g., email address and message content).
3.2 Information collected automatically when you use the App
- Device information: device model, operating system/version, language, time zone, IP address, and similar technical data.
- Usage and telemetry: in‑App events such as level progression, timers, economy events, and feature engagement.
- Crash and diagnostics data: error logs and performance data to help us identify issues (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Purchase information: purchase tokens/receipts and product identifiers required to validate transactions processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store full payment‑card data.
- Advertising/Device identifiers (if available on your device): Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) may be collected by our analytics/MMP tools for attribution and analytics only. We do not use it for personalized advertising.
We do not collect user‑generated content (UGC), camera/microphone data, contacts, or precise GPS location.
4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
We process data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Provide and operate the App (perform our contract with you): enable core gameplay, purchases, and support.
- Analytics, anti‑fraud/anti‑cheat, and security (our legitimate interests): understand usage, keep the App secure, and improve quality.
- Compliance with law (legal obligation and legitimate interests): maintain records, prevent fraud, and respond to lawful requests.
- Consent‑based features (your consent): where required by law (e.g., the EU), we will request consent for analytics identifiers; you can withdraw consent at any time in settings or by contacting us.
5. Payments and subscriptions
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Google may provide us with limited information (e.g., purchase token/receipt and product ID) so that we can fulfil your purchase and prevent fraud. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies.
6. SDKs and service providers (processors/partners)
We use trusted service providers to run the App and only share data with them as needed:
- Google (Firebase/Crashlytics, Google Play Services, Google Cloud) – analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure.
- Adjust (if enabled) – mobile attribution/analytics.
- devtodev (if enabled) – product analytics.
- Meta – if you visit our official social pages or follow external links (not used for in‑App ads).
Each provider processes data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Links to partner privacy policies are available on request.
7. International transfers
We may transfer and store information outside your country (for example, in the EU or the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross‑border transfers.
8. Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which we delete or anonymize it. We periodically review retention. In general:
- Analytics/telemetry: retained for the time needed to analyze trends and improve the App.
- Crash logs: retained for the time needed to diagnose and fix issues.
- Purchase records: retained as required for tax/audit and fraud‑prevention obligations.
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
The App is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to data portability and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email support@anaromakha.com.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CPRA. California residents may request access or deletion as above.
Brazil (LGPD)
Brazilian users have rights similar to those listed above and may contact us via support@anaromakha.com.
12. Do Not Track and device settings
Your device may allow you to reset or limit the advertising ID and control analytics/consent preferences. The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in‑App or on our website. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
