Quiz Please Limited – Data Deletion Request

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability and withdrawal of consent. These rights apply to all Quiz Please Limited apps and related services.

Request deletion. To permanently delete your personal data and game progress, email mobile+support@quizplease.com with subject “Data Deletion Request – [your nickname]”. Include one or more identifiers for verification (GAID/AAID, Player ID/Nickname, or Google Play order number/purchase token), your country of residence, and this confirmation: “Please delete my personal data and game progress. I understand this is irreversible.” Deletion removes your profile/identifiers (if any), game progress, virtual currency, and items. Purchases are not refunded through this process. We will acknowledge within 7 days and usually complete within 30 days; we may request additional information to verify your identity. We may retain only what the law requires (e.g., tax/audit purchase records, limited security logs) and anonymized, non-identifiable analytics.
